Satchidanada
Sat = existence, Chid = consciousness, Ananda = bliss. Satchidanada is what we were born to understand, experience and live. Good luck everyone!

I'm Back!
Thanks for being patient with me. I realize that I have been a sporadic type blogger, and promise to become more prolific at words about insights, experiences and observations. Life brings so many experiences and I needed some time to digest mine. I'm back and I hope to entertain you and inspire you!
At the beginning of this year, 2013, I had the feeling that I would be travelling a lot, although I had no travel plans, except to go to Mexico for one month. Ah, the privilege of being able to leave the land of snow for the land of sun, ocean and green tropical lush plants. After not having a holiday for one and a half years, it was a welcome time with family and friends.
While in Mexico, the search was on for the perfect yoga retreat center for a Dakini Yoga Holiday in Mexico for 2014. Some centers were too far from Puerto Vallarta, some were too expensive, and some just down right didn't smell good. On my birthday, March 6, my husband and I took a boat ride to the famous Yelapa. We both enjoyed it because of the natural beauty and because there were no cars! There we found what we were looking for - the Sky Temple! More about that later!
