Some relax by doing nothing, some relax by creating, some relax by riding a bicycle, some relax by reading a book, some relax by gazing upward at clouds. How do you relax? Do you know how to relax?
Relaxing is often difficult. How to hush that very busy, silly mind? It's easy to say, "I'm going to meditate.", but it isn't that easy to do it, because of the frantic pace of life in city living. Lounging in a bathtub in soothing warm water or going for a walk in the river valley might be just what you need to slow down. Find what suits you and indulge in your special way of relaxing.
